    An initial metabolomic study on Hungarian clover

    Hungarian clover (Trifolium pannonicum Jack.) is the youngest member of the genus Trifolium and is classified as a minorspeciesin terms of cultivation areas. It has a long lifespan, up to 15 years (Nechaeva et al., 2020), is resistant to freezing, diseases, and drought, has good antioxidant potential, and produces one stable harvest annually. Despite these advantages, however, it is not used enough in the production of fodder.
